At When Lambo?, we're all about making your Lamborghini dreams calculable while keeping your data safe and your experience transparent. We take your privacy seriously — almost as seriously as we take Italian horsepower.

• Calculation Data: The amount of Bitcoin and your chosen currency are used for calculations and are immediately discarded. We do not store this information. Your Lambo dreams remain between you and your browser.
• Browser Storage: We use your browser's `localStorage` to remember your cookie consent choices and your preferred theme (Light/Dark Mode) for 365 days. That's 365 days of not asking you again. You're welcome.

2. External Services & APIs

To provide a rich (and slightly humbling) experience, we rely on several external services. These services may have their own privacy policies — we recommend not reading them unless you enjoy legal jargon.

• CryptoCompare API: For providing real-time Bitcoin price data — so you can see exactly how far you are from that Lambo.
• ExchangeRate-API: For converting prices to your selected local currency. Because disappointment should be accessible in every language.
• Alternative.me API: For displaying the Crypto Fear & Greed Index — also known as the "how much hopium is in the air" meter.
• Google Fonts: For the Cormorant and Proza Libre typefaces — because even your disappointment should look elegant.
• Bootstrap Icons: For visual elements and icons.
• Vercel: For website hosting and deployment — we trust them more than we trust Bitcoin to the moon.
• Social Networks: The share buttons link directly to platforms like X (Twitter), Reddit, etc. We do not send them any data directly; the sharing is handled by your browser. Flex at your own risk.

3. Data Sources

* Current Bitcoin Price data provided by CryptoCompare — blame them if the price drops.

* Exchange rates data provided by ExchangeRate-API — they're the reason numbers change.

4. Your Cookies, Your Choice

We use a simple cookie to remember your consent choice regarding the use of our external APIs. If you do not consent, we will not make calls to these APIs, and core features like price-loading will be disabled. You'll still be able to dream, but the numbers won't move.

5. Your Rights

You can contact us at any time to request information about your data, though we store no personally identifiable information — we're not that interested in your identity, just your Lambo dreams. You can clear your browser's `localStorage` at any time to remove theme and cookie preferences. We won't be offended.

• Cookie Consent: To access live price data and full functionality, cookie consent is required. If cookies are not accepted, certain features may be disabled. You can still calculate manually. We believe in you.
